SETUP UTILITIES

Who do I call to set-up utilities?

 

We love to make it easy for our residents to get important information quick. Please visit our contacts page for easy access to everything new and old residents would need. From non-emergency police contacts to setting up utilities.

HOA COST

How much is the HOA?

 

The HOA rate is $497.

 

It covers landscaping, pool maintenance, lighting, and building exteriors.

RENTALS & FOR SALE

Are there any units for sale or for rent?

Each townhome is individually owned. Occasionally some come up for rent and are generally seen on sites like Zillow for viewing and rates.

LEASING OFFICE

Where is the leasing office?

 

There is no leasing office on the premises. Since each townhome is individually owned there is no single location to acquire rental applications.

VENDOR RECOMMENDATIONS

Is there a list of approved vendors?

 

The Board and Management don't recommend any specific vendors. However, residents can visit the unofficial community Facebook and ask fellow neighbors. This is a resident run page and is not vetted by the Board or Management.

PARKING

Where do I park?

Each unit has a two car garage and can also park another outside their garage. Guest parking is monitored by Patrol One. Safelisting vehicles with PatrolOne is required in order to park in the areas marked for safelisting.  Please refer to the policy for details. In addition, there is street parking on a first come basis.
